R^2mark was developed by YAMAUCHI Hitoshi (Max-Plank-Institut für Informatik, Germany) and MAEDA Atusi (University of Tukuba, Japan). The goal is to better understanding the behavior of various Java platform for a practical application written in Java. Also we provide C++ version of same program to understand the difference of Java environment and C++ environment.
