If your site uses SpamAssasin, and you want to some local setting,
you can write a SpamAssasin setting at
.spamassassin/user_prefs.
Add blacklist_from fromname to your
user_prefs file. Ex.
blacklist_from *@hotmail.com *@yahoo.com ecashcashcash@nifty.com
